Hi, I have paid for VIP member as I would like to download subtitles for a whole season and not every episode. I get the message to do this, I have to be a VIP member? which I am. It also says I can only download 20 sub titles a day?? Please help

your account seems correctly setup, maybe you were not logged in ?
could you send us a mail with more details:

  • where did you see the 20 subs per day limit ?
  • did you check the user profile ? opensubtitles.com
  • what show/season are you trying to download ?
