Hi I can’t log in to my open subtitles account on Nova player, it asks for my username and password, which I correctly input, then nothing? Probably something straightforward but nonetheless annoying
most common problem is to use a deprecated version, make sure you have updated to the latest.
then for debugging, the only thing we can do here is check your logs, if the app has a debug mode and a way to extract the log, we’ll be happy to have a look a it.
