Hi, we need to use the .COM API because the .ORG is not available and outdated. But the .COM has not the subtitles that are available in the old .ORG site?

normally pretty much all subtitles are there, what can happen is:
- a subtitle can be missing from the site, if we received a dmca request to remove it
- the file was simply corrupt and wouldn’t play anyways
- import sometimes fails on .ass and .ssa, we have a process to fix them manually when reported (usually anime series)
usually when problems are reported we find a new batch.
the issue is that it takes more effort to sove all these synchronisation issues than develop the new upload system. once the uploads are done on opensubtitles.com all these problems will go away
