Can't Download

I’m having trouble downloading subtitles automatically. Every time I try, it redirects me to a long encrypted URL like this one:

But the file doesn’t download, it just stalls or loops.
Has anyone dealt with this before? What’s the best way to fix it or get the subtitles manually?
