I have created an account on here but when using the opensubtitles.com add-on in Kodi with the same user name and password it shows an error when trying to search for subtitles.
The org site just downloads a become a vip member now

Same thing, and now Im out of my 20 downloads…and none of them worked on kodi

Please I have a problem vith subtitles in Kodi Seren. Now I have your VIP account but I still have not subtitles. For example on your sites I can find subtitles for Mickey 17 in czech language, but in Seren never finds. Can you help me?
first of all, the VIP is not required to run the kodi extension, if you bought it just for that we’ll glady refund you.
